I had nothing to do and I decided to play ‘BATTLEFIELD 3′ till late.

Picking Up Where I Left Off

Armed with the knowledge of how I can survive longer as a tank machine gunner (click here for link), I went into a random hardcore conquest server and immediately, I spawned myself on a squad leader who was rolling in a main battle tank. He was talking on his headset and I thought initially that he is a trash-talking gamer. I did what ‘Mr Fix-It’ engineer would do whenever we suffer damages and he started to recognise my efforts. I can see that gamer ‘MTEclipes89‘ is a very competent tank commander. His statistics here show that he has spent considerable amount of time in the MBT. He never leave me behind and I broke my silence after the quote, “Whoops, sorry buddy. C’mon, hop in…” Once we both were on headsets, we were able to coordinate better on when I can help him with the repairs. This is the Noshahr Canals results.

Disconnected Again

The tank crew were enjoying good run. ‘MTEclipes89‘, ‘fir_nev‘ and ‘nude-tojo‘ were searching and destroying infantry, armour and aircrafts alike in Kharg Island. I was talking to him when I froze! Man! I was about to enjoy this armour run.

Normal Rush

I was so frustrated and upon restart, I accepted the invitation from ‘xMontayy‘ and find myself playing rush. On normal mode, I take longer time to kill enemies! I set my mentality ‘gung-ho’ and went all out to arm that very last M-Com but failed in all.

Good HC CQ Run

I invited ‘Shoryu286‘ and we played conquest again. We went 6-4 in our 10-game run. My former colleague struggled to grasp the concept of hardcore again. I was spraying my M240B machine gun like there was no tomorrow. Grabbed myself two MVP in the big maps. We pushed so hard at ‘Operation Firestorm’ that it took us 9 minutes to conclude the whole game. I even did a GTA in my tank by running over few people in the open desert.

I know I have been losing massive amount of matches in both conquest and rush. Even my clan-mates could not penetrate a well organised defence. Take a look here. My squad leader (leonidas300300) has 60 kills. 60 KILLS and we still could not arm the last MCOM successfully!

I decided to take a look at my run thinking it was not too bad and to my surprise, I am on a 4-12 record! D: Even my WLr dropped dramatically to 1.715.

This means I will have to take a breather before entering the fray once more. I realise to that I will have to plug a network cable directly to my PS3 console because my router’s WIFI just suck thus the constant loss of connection.

To The Tank Drivers

When you capture a flag and it starts flashing the moment you leave, that means we have campers playing dead! I see tank drivers who just leave the place and not glancing at their maps for indicators at all. I had to recapture Alpha in Kharg Island again and, using my proximity scan, flushed the campers who laid still. Easy kill but they can be very annoying if you are ignorant or only go for KDr.

I never change my setup at all. Especially the scan because it is for survivability.

So guys and girls, please! Drive the tank with the map’s navigation. Great tank commanders do not run into AT mines or get thrown off-course (e.g. canal, bridge etc) like the initial tank driver in the video. :\

I came into a Hardcore server to play Conquest and found that my team was losing by more than thirty tickets. So, I hopped into a T-90A and made my way to help them. After few kills and deaths besides flag captures, it was finally concluded. For the first time, there was no indicator music on which team is the victor. When the results appeared on my television screen, “YOUR TEAM WON”, I was ecstatic! I forgot what the scoreline was and decided to check it out here:

We ran rampant for another five more matches before I decided to quit to spend quality time with my family.

I was playing ‘BATTLEFIELD 3′ and pretty much rolling in the LAV-25 like a boss in Noshahr Canals. I died in flames after being shot by a T-90A but when I came back, I was pretty much focused on my planned route. With the anti-tank guided missile, you can have almost be on par with the main battle tank, provided they do not hit you first. After several salvo with the normal shell, activate ATGM and let fly at the target. Then, revert back to the main gun and pray that the tank commander has no autoloader armed. I thought I was going to die in the infantry fighting vehicle when faced with the tank face-to-face the second time but no, fortunately. Took out my second and third directly when they were busy shooting at other targets. The fourth got taken out when I positioned myself behind a rock near Charlie flag when the team started spawn camping against the opponents. While happily taking out my fifth, I got disconnected; leaving my K/D 9-1.

I really got disappointed by the constant loss of connection when playing ‘BF3′. Hardcore is my favourite server.
