Saturday was filled with ‘BF:BC2′ online activity. With the newly-acquired M95, I have more power so that if I do not get a clean headshot, it will still kill my opponents.

I am still looking for my second/third pilot/passenger kills respectively but not all is bad as I managed to kill unsuspecting players from pointblank range with this heavyweight rifle. More players are adding me as friends on PSN that the moment I come online, I have a number of squad invites.

Sunday, same story. Just that I decided to go to Esplanade once more to catch Djasman and his band, Dancing Nancies, perform live in the evening for the Mosaic Music Festival 2010. The open theatre was filled with people watching KORA’s performance when I reached there. The band from New Zealand consist of four brothers and one bass/keyboardist.  They are entertaining.

Next performance, Dancing Nancies. Their tunes are catchy as they do not stick to one genre. They just played according to the atmosphere. The crowds enjoyed watching them play.

After their good performance, the announcer told us that Addy Cradle was up next. I did not know who he is but I hear cheering! O_o This guy must be popular. She went into details that he did recordings in Malaysia when he was just 16 with a band called Teacher’s Pet. This guy must be good.

When he started plucking his electric guitar, I was blown away. His piece, Maharaja, caught my attention immediately. I could only stare in amazement as he continued to hypnotize me with Longing for Eve, Song of Freedom and Mak Inang. Never have I heard a live guitarist playing this good. His notes, crisp and clear in my ears like Pumpkin’s favourite, the late hIDE.

I watched KORA’s full performance again and departed for home.

The next day, called Weijie and Faizal if they are interested to watch ‘Green Zone’. Picked the former from his house and drove to GV Yishun. We ate at Long John’s and Faizal recommended me to get ‘HEAVY RAIN’ for my PS3. Not sure, though. I am still stuck with my favourite FPS game.

Been thinking. Maybe I should support my brother for his paintball interest pursuit. Who knows? Maybe he and his friends could end up becoming Singapore’s Team Ironmen.
